Background:

Re-Authorizing the Execution of a Second Amended Redevelopment Agreement for the Construction of Facilities and Improvements On Certain Lands Known As Block 27.02, Lots 1 and 2, Block 4.18, Lots 4 and 5 (Renaissance Square) In the Township of Evesham

Recommendation:
It is recommended that the Council adopt this resolution amending the redevelopment agreement for Tri Towne now known as Renaissance Square to allow for a change in the sequence of construction of the residential units and to include the requirement for Evesham Owner to construct a new entrance to the shopping center across Locust Avenue.
